Dishwasher Repair Reviews

Notes Grapevine customers sent once the dishes came out spotless again.

Kerensa B.Timberline South, Grapevine

Each morning I'd open the dishwasher to a pool of nasty water.

He pulled a piece of a broken glass out of the pump, cleaned the filter and it drains perfectly now. So relieved.

Water kept sneaking past the door and warping the floor trim.

New door gasket and a tightened fitting underneath. Bone dry for weeks now.

Our glasses came out foggy and still wet after every load.

Swapped the heating element and everything comes out hot and clean. Great guy, very tidy.

Before You Call

Take these one by one. Every yes clears you for the following step, while each no includes a small fix to try first.

  1. Does the panel respond when you press a button?

Make sure Control Lock is off, then reset the breaker that feeds the dishwasher.

  2. Is the filter under the bottom rack clean?

Twist the filter out, scrub it under warm water using a soft brush and lock it back into place.

  3. Can you turn the spray arms easily by hand?

Move any tall pans or utensils blocking the arms and clear clogged holes with a toothpick.

  4. Is the hot water at the kitchen sink running hot?

Run the sink tap until it warms up before you start a cycle so the dishwasher fills with hot water.

Still not cleaning after all four?

Certified and insured specialists can pick it up from there.
